Delivery Policy

At Out&Wild, we offer a flat delivery fee of £4.50 for all orders within the UK.

Currently, we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you have any enquiries about deliveries outside the UK, please contact us at info@outandwild.co.uk.

Our team will be happy to assist you with any questions or special requests.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS POLICY


Thank you for shopping with Out & Wild. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.

Cooling off period
As a consumer you have the right to a full refund if you tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you are not happy with them.

Returns Eligibility
Past the 14 day cooling off period we only accept returns if the goods are faulty or not

as described. If your item meets these conditions, please follow the steps below to process your return.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM


1. Contact Us:
Email us at info@outandwild.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and a description

of the fault or discrepancy.

2. Return Authorisation:
Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you

with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Prepare Your Return:
Securely package the item, including all original packaging, tags, and any accessories. Clearly mark the package with the provided RAN.

        4. Ship the Item:
Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. The customer is responsible for the postage.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Only items purchased directly from Out&Wild are eligible for returns.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/colour ordered.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless faulty or not as described)

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item,

please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
